Nick Ito has been connecting people to ideas at the intersection of art and commerce for nearly two decades.  A learner by doing, he worked his way up from an art production gig at a weekly newspaper in Santa Barbara, to an in-house corporate creative services department in San Francisco to his first advertising job in New York City in 2000. He would spend the next 12 years in the creative department at various agencies, working for clients such as IBM, HP, Microsoft and American Express.

Nick has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics at UC Santa Barbara, a Master’s Degree in Branding from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and a certificate in Digital Media Marketing from NYU.

In addition to StmrksProjects, Nick serves as the Director of Branded and Digital Strategies for Weddle Industries, a California-based company specializing the hardest working racing transaxles in the world. He's always eager for a chance to be outdoors, in the ocean, or make things a little better. He spends his time between Brooklyn and the Catskills in New York.
